As a professional mortgage consultant, I take my partnerships very seriously.  I am not a personal banker looking to target your client’s assets and cross-sell them a range of investment vehicles.  My role is to identify the current mortgage details or needs of your clients and work with you to protect them from competing financial institutions. 

Using mortgage only lenders, we can maximize your client’s revenues with lower interest rates and innovative products to provide you with more funds to manage.  As a member of the Invis network I have access to dedicated underwriters and niche lenders to assist us with difficult portfolios like self employed, non-verifiable income, and recent immigrants.
